Common questions
Our cameras cannot see anything at night. Why?
Almost always wrong cameras or wrong placement, not a fault — ordinary cameras go blind past the loading-bay light. We survey godowns after dark, put proper low-light units on the back gate and far wall, and you check the night view on your own phone before we call it done.
Can one team handle our cameras, computers and attendance together?
Yes, that is the point of calling us. The same hands install the low-light cameras, fit the gate biometric for loaders and shift staff, run the wireless link from godown to office, and keep the dispatch PC under AMC with backups. One person is answerable for all of it, on one number, when anything fails.
Do you cover industrial areas like Aslali and Changodar?
Yes. Vatva, Naroda, Odhav, Kathwada, Aslali and Changodar are regular routes, and we go out to Sanand as well. Mon-Sat, 10:00 to 19:30, and the on-site survey is free — after dark if that is when your problem shows.
