How many days of footage will I keep, and is that enough for a claim?
We size the recorder so you keep at least 30 days of footage, the minimum the Gujarat Public Safety Act framework and most insurers expect. At the survey we tell you the exact retention you will get for your camera count and resolution, in writing.
My last CCTV stopped recording within a year. How is yours different?
That usually comes down to one of three things: cheap cable joints that corrode, no surge protection against our voltage swings, or a hard disk that filled up or failed silently. We install with quality cable, proper earthing and surge protection. An AMC adds scheduled health checks, so a dead camera or a full disk is caught before you need the footage, not after.
Which brand do you install, and will I get genuine bills?
Hikvision, CP Plus or Dahua, all with parts and service available locally for years. You get genuine products with proper bills, which keeps your insurance and warranty documentation clean. At the survey we explain the real difference between the brand and resolution options so you choose on facts.
Can I really watch my shop or factory live on my phone?
Yes. After installation we set up live view on your own phone and walk you through it before we leave, so you can see your gate or counter from home at any hour.
Is the quote the final price, or will charges appear later?

What happens if a camera fails after installation?
You reach us on the same WhatsApp number you started with, with no call-centre in between. For one-off issues we come during working hours in our service area, usually the same day. To have it handled all year at a fixed rate, a CCTV AMC with scheduled health checks covers exactly that.
Do I legally need CCTV for my premises in Gujarat?
Many shops, showrooms, factories and public-footfall premises fall under the Gujarat Public Safety Act, which requires cameras at entry and exit points and 30 days of stored footage. At the free survey we tell you whether your premises is covered and design the setup to meet it, without pushing cameras you do not need.
