How an attendance machine ends payroll disputes
Two things have to be right. The device must read reliably in your kind of environment. The report must export cleanly into the way you already run payroll. What happens to attendance if the internet or power goes down?

Fingerprint or face, which one holds up on a real shop floor?
On a dusty, greasy floor with worn fingertips, fingerprint sensors reject genuine workers, and supervisors give up and go back to the register. For factories we advise face recognition for this reason. In a clean office either works, and we tell you which is the cheaper sensible choice for your site.
How many machines do we need for 100-plus workers on shifts?
It depends on your worker count and how many entry points or gates you have. One reader handles a single entrance for a smaller team. More gates or larger numbers need a few readers sharing the same software. We work this out on the free survey so you buy what the site needs.
Will the report drop straight into our payroll?
That is the whole point of installing one. We set your shift timings and shape the report so your accountant can use it directly, and most current systems email it daily or monthly. Tell us how you run payroll now and we match it, so nobody retypes figures.
For door access, if the power cuts, are people trapped?

Who fixes it when it stops reading someone, and is every visit charged?
You can call us for a single visit. For a machine your payroll depends on, an AMC is usually cleaner: checks and fixes are covered for the year instead of a charge each time it acts up. We tell you which makes sense for your setup.
