We survey the site first, so the itemised quote matches what your floor plan actually needs: number of points, cable runs, camera positions. If something genuinely changes later, say you add desks or move a cabin, we tell you the cost before doing it. The final bill carries the lines you approved. Holding a written quote from another vendor? Send it across. We will match it or show you exactly where the difference sits.

That is the whole point of the package. Tell us the date and we plan backwards from it: survey within a day of your call, written quote next, then installation scheduled so testing finishes before your opening formalities. Because it is one team rather than five vendors pointing at each other, the delays do not pile up.

Call the day you finalise the property. Cabling sits cleanest before the furniture and false ceiling go in, so we can hide the runs properly and leave room for later changes. We coordinate directly with your interior contractor and electrician so the work fits together on site.

Either way. We can supply the workstations, cameras, recorders and access devices, or set up machines you buy yourself. Every desk ends up login-ready and every camera live on day one. For CCTV we install Hikvision, CP Plus and Dahua, and size the recorder for roughly 30 days of footage. Whatever we supply comes with genuine parts and a proper bill.

For a full fit-out, a real number comes after a free site survey, because it depends on your floor plan, number of points and the hardware you choose. We quote at market rates, itemised line by line so you can read every part of it. A phone figure would only get revised later, so we would rather see the site first.

We are an on-site team across Ahmedabad and Gandhinagar. A faulty point, camera or phone is a same-day visit within our service area during working hours. Many customers keep us on for ongoing AMC once the office is running.
