We are Butterfly Business Solutions, a service-area IT and security business run by Vishal Patel, serving Ahmedabad and Gandhinagar. The website introduces our work and helps you reach us — it is not a binding quotation, and a few honest limits are worth setting out plainly.

Everything on this site — service descriptions, package outlines, "what's included" notes and any guidance about CCTV, networking, computer AMC, biometric attendance or server setup — is general information to help you understand what we do. It is not professional, technical, legal or security advice for your specific premises. Every site is different, and only an on-site survey can tell us what your place actually needs. So please do not treat anything here as a final recommendation. Before any work begins, our team visits you, looks at the layout, power and cabling routes, and gives you an itemised written quote. That quote — not the website — is what we stand behind.

Prices, specifications and availability

Any prices, package figures or product specifications shown on the site are indicative only. They can change without notice, because hardware models, brand pricing and stock move regularly, and because the right specification depends on your site survey. Camera count, cable lengths, mounting work, switches, storage size and similar details are confirmed after we see the location. Product names, model numbers and images are representative; the exact model we supply may differ depending on what is current and in stock, and we will tell you what you are getting before you approve the work. Your final, confirmed price and scope live in the written quote, read together with our Terms of Service.

Brand names and trademarks

We install and service equipment from manufacturers such as Hikvision, CP Plus, Dahua, D-Link and TP-Link, among others. These brand names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners. We mention them only to describe the equipment we work with and to help you understand compatibility and what we can service.

Listing a brand does not mean we are an official, authorised or certified partner of that company, and it does not imply any endorsement by them of us, unless we have separately and clearly told you so in writing. Manufacturer warranty on the hardware we supply is provided by the brand and passed through to you with proper bills — see our Warranty page for how that works alongside our own installation workmanship.

Security systems reduce risk — they do not guarantee against it

CCTV, access control and biometric systems help you deter, monitor and record. They do not, by themselves, guarantee the prevention of theft, intrusion, trespass or any other incident, and no installer can honestly promise otherwise. Recording also depends on things outside our control once a system is live — mains power, your internet connection, the storage drive's health, and how the system is used — so we cannot guarantee that every event will be captured, that footage will have no gaps, or that any recording will meet the evidentiary standard a court or the police may require.

As the owner of an installed system, you are responsible for using it lawfully — for example, sensible camera placement that does not target neighbours' private areas, washrooms or other private spaces, and any signage, notice or consent required under Indian law. We are glad to advise during the survey, but lawful day-to-day use of your system rests with you.

Accuracy of this website

We make a reasonable effort to keep the information here correct and current, but we do not warrant that every detail is accurate, complete or up to date at all times, and content may be corrected without notice. The website itself is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis: we work to keep it running smoothly and securely on a best-effort basis, but cannot promise it will always be available, uninterrupted or free of errors.

AI tools on this website

Some helpers on this site — such as our AI chat assistant — generate their answers automatically using an AI model. They are a starting point, not a diagnosis: an answer can be incomplete, out of date or simply wrong, and it is not a quotation, a promise of compatibility, or professional advice for your premises. Please confirm anything important with us directly before acting on it — an on-site survey remains the only way we give firm advice. No AI answer creates a contract between us.

Where we link to other websites or apps — a manufacturer's page, a social profile, or a third-party tool such as WhatsApp for click-to-chat — those services are run by other people and are not under our control. We are not responsible for their content or accuracy, or for how they handle your information. Following such a link or using such a tool is at your own discretion, and their own terms and privacy policies apply.

No online payments on this site

We do not take card or any online payments on this website today. There is no online checkout, and the site does not store any payment-card information. Payment is arranged offline against an itemised invoice once work is agreed. If we add online payments in future, we will publish the relevant terms then.
