How we work
When an office PC or laptop stops, sending it to a lane shop costs you days of work and an unclear bill. We come to you instead, same day within our service area in Ahmedabad and Gandhinagar. We find the fault in front of you and repair it on the spot wherever the job allows. If a part is needed, you see a written, itemised quote and decide before we spend a rupee. Every part we fit is genuine and comes with a proper bill you keep.

We find the actual fault on the spot and explain it in plain language, including whether a small repair will do. You are never sold a motherboard replacement when it isn't needed.
Written quote, your decision
If a part or paid work is needed, you get a written quote with labour and parts listed separately, before we proceed. Work starts, and you pay, only when you say yes.
Repair on the spot with genuine parts
We fix it there wherever the job allows, fitting genuine parts with a proper bill in your name. Your machine and its data stay in your office throughout.
Handover, bill and warranty in writing
You get the working machine back, an itemised bill for your records, and the warranty terms written down, plus straight advice if repeated breakdowns mean an AMC would cost you less over the year.
Answers before you ask
Is there a visit or diagnosis fee if I don't go ahead?
We come out, look at the machine and tell you what is wrong. You pay once you approve the repair and we have done it. You decide before any paid work starts.
How do I know the part you fit is genuine?
Every part we fit is genuine and comes with a proper bill in your name. You keep that bill for your records and your warranty. If a cheaper compatible part makes more sense for an old machine, we say so openly and let you choose.
My accounts and files are on that computer. Is my data safe?
We repair on-site, in your office, in front of your staff wherever the job allows. The machine stays on your premises, so your accounts data, photos and passwords stay where you can see them. When a repair genuinely needs to happen off-site, we tell you first and agree it with you.
The laptop is completely dead. Is my data gone?
Usually not. A dead laptop is most often a power, board or disk fault, and the data on the disk is often perfectly fine. Stop switching it on and off, which can make things worse, and call us. Recovery from dead machines succeeds far more often than people fear.
Is it worth repairing an old PC, or should I buy a new one?
We give you the answer that is right for your machine, not the one that earns us more. A 4-5 year old PC that feels slow often just needs an SSD and a bit more RAM to feel new again, far cheaper than replacing it. If a machine is genuinely not worth fixing, we say so.
Will the price you quote be the final price?
Yes. After we see the fault you get a written, itemised quote, with labour and any parts listed separately, and that is what you pay. If we open it up and find something more, we stop and come back to you with a fresh quote before doing anything.
What if the same fault comes back soon after?
We stand behind our work. The warranty terms depend on the repair and the part, so we write them on your bill. Please confirm the specific terms with us for your job.
